Below you will find descriptions of the dance attire for each class style at PEDC. Most items listed below are available for purchase at the Dance Center. Ballet/Tap Combo

Dresscode

GIRLS- Pink or black leotard and pink tights. Skirts are acceptable but please no tulle tutus. Pink leather split sole ballet stretch shoe style #150 without laces(purchase at PEDC).Tan leather easy on tap shoe style #RD60014 with NO shoelaces (Purchase at PEDC). Small dance bag for shoes. Label all shoes and dance bags.

BOYS- White t-shirt and black shorts. Black leather full sole ballet shoes. Black oxford style intro tap shoe. Dance Bag with Name.

Flip Hop/ Acro Hip Hop Combo

PRIMARY, Intro, Elementary – Black leotard and tan or pink tights. Black dance shorts are acceptable over tights. No pants allowed. Tan leather easy on tap shoe style #RD60014 with NO shoelaces (Purchase at PEDC).
TAP 1-3, Teen- Solid color leotard and tan or pink tights. Solid color dance shorts or black leggings. Black Revolution brand tie tap shoe or Bloch Audeo Tap Shoe,.

Teen/Adult-Same as above but can wear Revolution Brand Black tap shoes.

BOYS– White or black shirt, black shorts. Bloch Audeo Jazz Tap Shoe, Black.

Jazz/ Leaps and Turns/ Theatre Dance

Dresscode

PRIMARY-LEVEL 1- Black leotard and tan or pink tights. Dance shorts(tight fitting-booty shorts) are acceptable if worn over tights. Suntan slip on (no laces) jazz boot. Prefer Revolution brand which is sold at the studio.

LEVELS 2 and up– Black color leotard with tan or pink tights. Dance shorts(booty shorts) or black leggings are acceptable if worn over tights. Suntan slip on jazz boot. Pedinis may be worn for some classes or needed for the end of year recital. Hair in bun for leaps and turns.

BOYS– White or black tank top or shirt, black shorts. Black slip on jazz shoes-Revolution brand.

Red shorts paired with white sneakers featuring red accents.

Cheer

Dresscode

ALL LEVELS-

Black leotard or crop top with RED Soffe Athletic Shorts and should wear a sports bra under a fitted shirt. Chasse Flip Cheer Shoes with socks or tights. Leggings or shorts. Hair should be away from face in a ponytail and white cheer sneakers.
