Max

Max Pham is a professional hip hop dancer/ choreographer from Boise, Idaho. With a foundation in both commercial and street dance, Max’s career as a performer spans from multiple world tours with Ariana Grande, Justin Timberlake, and Tinashe to working in television and film productions like Dreamworks’ Trolls World Tour, Trolls Band Together, and Apple TV+’s The After Party. Max has also been featured in commercials for Old Navy, Wild Turkey Bourbon, Zales, and many more.

Max has most recently completed his role as Dance captain on Justin Timberlake’s “The Forget Tomorrow World Tour”. But his current focus is nurturing a career as a choreographer and creative off camera. Max made his choreographic debut as a semi-finalist on Netflix’s DANCE 100, and since then has choreographed projects for artists such as Conan Gray, Justin Timberlake, Elyanna, Corbyn Besson, and more. Max’s work on Conan Grays music video for “Never Ending Song” won first place for Best Music Video at the 2024 Tribeca Film Festival.

Max has a broad palate of expertise in the world of entertainment having navigated the world as a dancer, choreographer, and educator and it is from these experiences that he finds the inspiration to share knowledge with the future generations of dancers and entertainers.

Koko

Koko Iwasaki is a Japanese-born dancer, performer, and educator currently based in Los Angeles. Originally from Kanagawa, Japan and raised in South Florida, she began dancing at the age of three and launched her professional career at just sixteen years old. Since then, Koko has performed alongside internationally acclaimed artists including Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, J Balvin, Shakira, Luis Fonsi, Camila Cabello, and Maluma across major world tours, televised performances, and live events.

Koko was the runner-up on Season 14 of So You Think You Can Dance and later returned as both an All-Star and mentor. Her performance credits also include the Grammy Awards, the Savage X Fenty Runway Show, and Dancing with the Stars, where she appeared both on tour and as a professional dancer. Passionate about performance, artistry, and mentorship, Koko continues to share her love for dance through teaching, choreography, and live performance around the world.

Brea

Brea Cook has trained with and assisted some of the top teachers and choreographers in the country including Mia Michaels, Stacey Tookey and Doug Caldwell. Brea’s credits include Kelly Clarkson, Teen Beach Movie, High School Musical, and Shake it Up. Brea has danced in numerous commercials and industrials and was also a semi-finalist on FOX's hit television show, So You Think You Can Dance. In addition, Brea has performed in numerous shows at Walt Disney World. Her unique choreography keeps Brea in high demand as a teacher and choreographer throughout the country. In 2016, Brea was elated to join Revel Dance Convention on its jazz and lyrical faculty. Since then, Brea has been able to inspire and connect with young dancers, along with choreograph and work closely with Revel's Pro Reveler Program Assistants.

Ricci

Ricci Milan is an accomplished choreographer, performer, dancer, writer, and artistic director. He has been performing, producing, and creating professionally for over 20 years. His performance credits include, "Rhythmic Circus" WORLD TOUR, "Feet Don’t Fail Me Now!' " on Broadway, and "Tap Happy 2" at Tokyo Disney. He also choreographed all 3 of those projects and 100’s more including Disneys first ever stage adaptation of HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL at the children’s theater of minneapolis. His speaking credits and creative partnerships include 100’s of commercial clients and projects. Touring stage show credits include, 10 foot 5, Buckets and tap shoes, Rhythmic Circus, and Who brought the HUMBUG?. He is often recognized nationally for his competition choreography and as the host from “HALL OF FAME” dance challenge. He is currently the artistic director of Rhythm Street Movement working on original shows and events that aspire to make a positive difference through the creation education and performance of music, dance and the performing arts. Most recently he’s gained notoriety for the new immersive tap dance show and intensive, “THE STORYBOARD EXPERIENCE” in minneapolis Minnesota.

Lindsey

Born and raised in Dallas,TX Lindsey began her dance training at the age of 3 years old. She is a University of Texas at Dallas graduate and holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Early Education with a concentration in Child Development. Lindsey has received top tier dance training from professionals across the country such as , Marty Kudelka, Jenna Dewan, Jason Parsons, Justin Giles, and Kevin Brown. As a facilitator of both dance and education, Lindsey partnered with co - founder and artistic director Gregory Dolbashian in 2019 to form The DASH Academy, an artistic training program for young artists seeking higher education in dance movement and academic studies. Lindsey received the title of Managing Director for professional dance company The DASH Ensemble during their relocation from NYC to Dallas in 2020. In conjunction with owning and operating DASH Academy and managing The DASH Ensemble, Lindsey is currently creating a curriculum, Mindfulness for Artists, in which she facilitates to adolescent artists as well as artists in the collegiate and professional world such as The DASH Ensemble, Limon2, Sam Houston University, The Forum, and DASH Academy. Lindsey continues to travel across the country training students ages 5 to 21 in jazz, hip hop, body technique, contemporary, and mental skills training for artists. In addition to her master classes, Lindsey also conducts teacher training sessions in classroom management and child development while also reviewing and developing studio curriculum. Lindsey was most recently featured as Superwomen Spotlight for Dallas’ Women in the Know organization in the spring of 2022 for her work in art, dance education, and development. Joining Amplified Productions in 2023, Lindsey is currently the Director of Education and Youth Engagement for both Adrenaline and Revive Dance Convention. Lindsey is also the co - founder/director of National Dance Honors career pathway program, Propel:Future in Motion. While Lindsey loves traveling and teaching dance artists and educators across the country her favorite job and greatest joy is being a mom to her daughter Addelyn and partner to her husband Gregory.

MerissaGassel

Merissa

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Merissa grew up as a competition kid, assisting and touring with conventions from the young age of 14 . Her professional career began at 15 when she was given the opportunity to dance as a member of Dee Caspary's IV Dance Company. Soon after she performed as a principal dancer for Justin Giles’ Soulescape, and Tessandra Chavez’s Unity LA. As a young dancer in these three companies, she was given the opportunity to perform coast to coast. Since then, Merissa worked as assistant choreographer to Mandy Moore on halftimes for both the Liberty Bowl, the Orange Bowl featuring "Train and the Indy 500. In addition, she assisted on the opening number of Nigel Lythgoe's Dizzy Feet Foundation Gala and Capezio's 125th Anniversary show held at New York's City Center. While living in Los Angeles for 9 years, Merissa performed in many live stage shows as well as television, including ABC's "The Secret Life of An American Teenager"'. After relocating to Nashville, she performed with Jake Owen on this CMT performance of "Real Life" as well as danced in Dan+Shays “Steal My Love” music video. She most recently choreographed Old Dominion's "Memory Lane" and Colbie Caillat’s “Worth It” music videos alongside Nick Bass, as well as assistant choreographer on Carrie Underwood's "Hate My Heart" and Kane Brown's “Like I Love Country Music” music video. Her appreciation for growing up in a dance studio, along with having been given many opportunities at a young age, brought out her strong desire to teach and help mold young dancers. Merissa found her "home" at DC Dance Factory in 2014. She also currently teaches Jazz on Revive Dance Convention, which allows her to travel and share her knowledge, love and passion for movement with students across the country.
